SHO Vikas of Cybercrime Police told that he was given a complaint by Jai Kumar, a resident of Kalinga village, that a young man called him and cheated him of one lakh rupees on the pretext of winning one crore rupees on Dream-11, during the investigation of which UP Police 32 thousand rupees have been recovered after arresting Himanshu and Shivam from Sultanpur. He told that both the accused, along with their two other accomplices, were playing the game of cheating on the pretext of winning crores of rupees on Dream-11.
