Dennis Delgado, 78, and Brenda Williams, 72, of Arizona, got married on November 19 at a grocery store. Actually, the reason for getting married here is very special. Because this place meant a lot to him. It was at this place that both of them met for the first time last year.
They met last August at the supermarket, Fry’s Food and Drug Store in Casa Grande, and started dating soon after. For their special day, they chose a venue that resonated with their sentiments. In a conversation with Fox13, Brenda recalled the day she first met Dennis. She said, ‘I was walking down the corridor. And someone comes up behind me and says…” Dennis completed his sentence by saying, “You know the best thing about wearing a mask?

Brenda then shared that she stood there for a while and realized that she was in a similar situation. The couple also revealed that they didn’t wait too long to exchange their mobile numbers and thus began their love story. After months of dating, in April of this year, Dennis came over to Brenda’s house and told her he wanted to get an engagement ring for her. And without delay, Brenda accepted the offer.
Brenda was married for three decades. Later her husband died. While he didn’t lose his faith in God, Dennis said he was angry after his wife passed away.
