New Delhi. In many countries of the world, the government is fully alert in view of the situation arising out of the rapidly increasing number of coronavirus patients. Mock drills were organized across the country to take stock of the condition of hospitals at the state level and the preparedness to deal with Covid-19. On the same day of this mock drill, 13 foreign passengers from Delhi’s IGI Airport were brought to Safdarjung Hospital after a random test found corona positive. All these passengers were asymptomatic.
According to the news of Times of India, random checking is being done at the airport to detect patients infected with the coronavirus. Thermal screening of all the passengers coming from India and abroad is being done. Also, if symptoms of Covid-19 are found in them, the sample is sent for examination.
