Instant data has revealed that in 2022, Bengaluru consumers placed the maximum number of orders on online platforms. Overall, over 50 users spent over ₹2,00,000 on groceries in a month. A single user from Bengaluru spent over ₹16,60,000 on buying groceries and essentials on Instamart.
Giving information about the orders on its platform, Swiggy said, “While Bengaluru turned to the quickest commerce groceries in 2022, a user from Gurgaon ordered the most 1,542 times in 11 months.”

There was a jump of 86% in the demand for this category on the day of the match.
