According to news agency ANI, an encounter took place between security forces and terrorists in the Munjh Marg area of the Shopian district this morning. During the encounter in Munjh Marg of Shopian district, Indian soldiers killed three terrorists belonging to the banned terrorist organization Lashkar. The army is continuously running a search operation in the area.
Giving information about the incident, the ADGP of Kashmir said that out of the 3 local terrorists killed, 2 have been identified. The terrorist, Latif Lone, was a resident of the Shopian district, who was involved in the murder of Puran Krishna Bhat, a Kashmiri Pandit. The other terrorist was Umar Nazir of Anantnag, who was involved in the murder of Til Bahadur Thapa of Nazir Nepal. 1 AK-47 rifle and 2 pistols have been recovered from the terrorists.
It was told that when the police were conducting the search operation, the terrorists opened fire on the security forces. After this, the security forces also retaliated and in no time three Lashkar terrorists were killed. At present, the police are still running the search operation. Significantly, since the removal of 370 from the valley, Pakistan is in a panic. The peace of Kashmir is not being seen by him. As Kashmir is progressing on the path of development, Pakistan’s hesitation continues from global forums to cross-border sponsored terrorism. Pakistan is constantly engaged in unsuccessful attempts to destabilize Kashmir.
The Indian Army is constantly engaged in eliminating terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. Due to this, the terrorists are getting angry. Due to the bravery of the army, the morale of the terrorists has completely fallen. Despite this, Pakistan is not desisting from its nefarious antics. Continuous efforts are being made to increase terrorist activities in Kashmir from his side.
