The flames of this fire spread over one thousand square meters and were visible from several kilometers away. While giving information, the regional governor of Irkutsk, Igor Kobzev, wrote on his Telegram channel that according to preliminary information, there is news of one person being injured in the incident.

At the same time, Russia’s Ministry of Emergencies told that a fire broke out in the gas and oil treatment plant. It is being told that due to a gas leak at 11 o’clock on Sunday night local time, the plant first exploded and then the fire spread to the entire area. The ministry has told that there was no damage to other units near the spot. The fire brigade team had to struggle hard to extinguish the fire.
