According to flight tracking company FlightAware, more than 1,100 flights in and out of the United States were delayed and more than 90 were canceled. Work is underway to restore the system
according to reports, flights departing from several airports including Philadelphia, Tampa, and Honolulu are delayed. In addition, there are also delays at Ronald Reagan Washington Airport in Arlington, Virginia.
However, the FAA said in a tweet that it is working on restoring its ‘Notice to Air Mission System‘. The FAA said, “We are conducting final verification checks and are now reloading the system.” It said, “Operations in the National Airspace System are affected.”

According to a BBC report, the airline American Air says that due to this fault, all flights carrying passengers and goods are being affected. At the same time, United Airlines says that all domestic flights are being delayed until any information is received from the FAA.
