Along with this, he met many big Bollywood actors. Meanwhile, Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty openly discussed some special issues related to Bollywood with CM Yogi.
Actually, in the last one or two years, big things have happened in Bollywood. From the demise of big actors to drugs and boycotting Bollywood, the industry has seen many difficult times. In such a situation, Sunil Shetty said to CM Yogi- ‘This hashtag which is going on, the hashtag Boycott Bollywood. It can also stop if you say this. There is a great need to convey to the people that we work a lot on goodness too. How can this trend on Twitter be stopped? If we pay attention to this then Boycott Bollywood can be stopped. Whatever I am because of the audience, I have got a lot of love from the people of UP.
.@SunielVShetty Sir impactful words on ‘Boycott Bollywood’ trend on twitter:
Hashtag ‘BoycottBollywood’ should stop.Imp to convey that we’ve done good work. There can be one rotten apple. 99% of us don’t indulge in wrong things. We’ve to change this perception..👏🙏🙏#SunielShetty pic.twitter.com/Oi16h25mJ2

Sunil Shetty says that- ‘There is 99 percent of people in the industry who do not take drugs. Not all of us take drugs throughout the day. Nor do we do bad things. There are many good people, whose strength Bollywood has made its identity in foreign countries. India has been connected to other countries through our stories and music. The image of Bollywood has been made very wrong in the present times.
Sunil Shetty further says- ‘Our music, our story has connected India with many countries. It is very important to convey to the people that we are also doing good work. If you tell the Honorable Prime Minister, there can be a lot of impacts. So that the tarnished image of Bollywood can be rectified. Boycott Bollywood, this tag needs to be removed. There may be one rotten apple in a basket, but we are not all like that.
Along with Sunil Shetty, many stars like Kailash Kher, Jackie Shroff, Subhash Ghai, Ravi Kishan, Boney Kapoor, and Sonu Nigam were present at this meeting. During the meeting with the Chief Minister, other stars also presented their stand. Boney Kapoor says- ‘The film industry is comfortable shooting in Mumbai. CM Yogi has made Uttar Pradesh a crime-free state. This is the reason that now there is no problem with shooting in Uttar Pradesh. I have shot two films in Uttar Pradesh and have further plans.
