San Francisco. The stormy weather with heavy rains in California, USA, increased the danger on Saturday. The risk of flooding on city roads, overflow of rivers and soil subsidence is increasing. It rained heavily in the Bay Area on Saturday. There is a possibility of a storm on Monday as well. The National Weather Service has predicted 15 to 30 centimeters of rain in northern and central California.

San Francisco has received more than 25 centimeters of rain since Christmas, December 26, while Mammoth Mountain, a famous ski resort in the Eastern Sierra, received about 10 feet of snowfall. Snow storms have forced people to stay at home. More than 34,000 people are without power in Mendocino County in northern California due to the severe weather. Traffic on the road has also become difficult. On Saturday, the National Weather Service warned that central California could be at risk of flooding if the rains continue.
