On the occasion of Republic Day, the Armed Forces not only demonstrated their military might by showcasing weapon systems made in India but also created trident and eagle-like shapes with the help of deadly jet fighters. Charmed. Visuals shared by the Indian Air Force (IAF) show Su-30 MKI fighter jets flying in the ‘Trishul’ formation. At the same time, in another video, the ‘Baaz’ (Baaz) formation was also made including three MiG 29 multirole fighter aircraft.

Also, the Vajrang formation includes the C 130 Super Hercules transport aircraft, with two Rafale multirole fighters on either side. Other aerial formations during the Republic Day flypast included ‘Dhwaj’, ‘Rudra’, ‘Amrit’, and ‘Tiranga’ by aircraft like Dakota, C-17, and C-130 transport aircraft and Jaguars.
Keeping in mind the theme of ‘Self-reliant India’, only Made-in-India weapon systems were displayed at the Republic Day parade this year. Some of the indigenously developed weapons include the K-9 Vajra howitzer, MBT Arjun, Nag anti-tank guided missile, BrahMos supersonic cruise missile, Akash air defense missile, and Quick Reaction Fighting Vehicle.
