Ankit did B.Tech in Electronics from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University, Bhopal in 2009. After doing B.Tech, he got a job and moved to Mumbai. He worked in Mumbai for five years. But, then his mother got cancer. For his mother’s treatment, he left his job and came to Bhopal with the hope that he would get a job there and at the same time take care of his mother.
Did not get job

He used to get more package in Mumbai and no one was ready to give him this much salary in Bhopal. After not getting a job for two years, Ankit decided to start his own work. While living in Mumbai, he came to know that the coming time is of solar energy and the business of installing solar panels will gain a lot of momentum in the coming time.

Difficulties faced at every step
Ankit says that the customer who gave him the second order for solar panel installation, refused on the spot. He had bought all the stuff. Therefore, under compulsion, he had to install that system at his own house. Problems started coming in doing business alone, so he invited his junior to become a partner in the company. He also joined, but after a few days he fled to Delhi with Rs 1.5 lakh.
Ankit, a retracted investor
says that he struggled a lot to raise money. A friend introduced him to a Canadian man. He agreed to invest the money. After this he signed a project of 6 crores with a company. But, at the last moment the investor refused to invest the money.
After all, the business went on.
Ankit did not get deterred by these problems and continued his efforts. During this, he met his partner Praveen. Praveen has done marketing work in many big companies. He also wanted to start his own startup. After meeting Ankit, he decided to work with him. Now he looks after the marketing work in the company and Ankit handles the technical part. Now the work of Shaktistellar is going well. Ankit says that last year his turnover was Rs 3 crore, which will be Rs 5 crore this year. So far they have installed solar panels on more than 400 sites.
