Giving information, the Kremlin said that President Vladimir Putin told Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan that he is ready for talks with Ukraine if Kyiv accepts as Russia the territories occupied by Moscow.
The Kremlin said in a statement that Putin has once again made it clear that Russia is serious about talks. However, it is a condition that the reality of new areas has to be accepted.
