Chidambaram, while targeting the statement of George Soros, said in a tweet that the people of India will decide who will remain in the Government of India and who will remain outside. New Delhi. Congress leader and former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram (P. Chidambaram) on Saturday reacted sharply to George Soros’s comment on the “revival of democracy” (George Soros comment on India). In a series of tweets, the former finance minister hit out at the billionaire businessman, saying he disagrees with most of what Soros says. He tweeted that I did not agree with most of the things said by George Soros in the past. And I do not agree with whatever he is saying now. His comment about toppling a democratically elected government in India is a childish statement.
The former Union minister said in a tweet, “The people of India will decide who will stay in the government and who will stay out.” He said in another tweet, “He did not know that the Modi government is so weak that it can be brought down by the rhetoric of a 92-year-old rich foreign national.” He told them to ignore George Soros and listen to Nouriel Roubini. Roubini warned that India is increasingly being run by large private conglomerates that could potentially stifle competition and kill new entrants.
BJP surrounded George Soros
Earlier, Union Minister Smriti Irani took a scathing attack on American billionaire George Soros, saying that foreign forces are trying to destroy India’s democracy. He said that George Soros has announced funds to demolish India’s democratic structure and it is known to everyone who he funds, and to whom he sends money. He said, “The announcement of George Soros that he will make PM Modi bow down in India, will demolish the democratically elected government of India… A befitting reply should be given to all the citizens, organizations, and political parties of the country as well as every Indian. Needed.”
