New Delhi. The Supreme Court on Monday said that it is extremely disturbed by the dismantling of technical arrangements for virtual hearings by some Chief Justices of High Courts. The Supreme Court has recommended not to dissolve the hybrid hearing option. Also said that public money cannot be misused in this way. Chief Justice of India D.Y. The bench said that virtual technology was not only for the time of the pandemic. Commenting on this, Chandrachud also said that a huge budget has been allocated, which needs to be utilized.
