A retailer said that a leading brand has increased the price of 170-gram granulated cardamom packs from Rs 290 to Rs 320 and Rs 350. The 900 and 420-gram packs are now priced at Rs 1,480 and Rs 720 as against Rs 1,350 and Rs 550, respectively. Other packers are also ready to increase the price. Zeeshan Maqsood, convenor of the Standing Committee on Tea of ​​the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), said that imports are currently in trouble, which could lead to a huge shortfall in March, Dawn reported.
