UP Board 10th Exam 2023: During the UP Board 10th and 12th examinations, copying mafia are not allowed to roam around the exam

UP Board 10th Exam 2023: UP Board 10th Mathematics paper was completed on Tuesday. More than one lakh 68 thousand students left the high school mathematics paper. UP Board’s high school and intermediate exams started on February 16. The high school maths exam was held in the first shift on Tuesday. To conduct the examination in an informed manner, the officials of the board were in constant touch with the education officers across the state from the control room. Monitoring is being done by CCTV cameras. The result has been that the maths exam was completed peacefully.

A total of 22,12,692 candidates were registered for the Mathematics examination, but out of this, 1,68,155 candidates did not reach the examination centres. Similarly, out of 40,003 candidates, 2003 candidates remained absent in the inter-professional examination. The education mafia is also away from the centre due to the CCTV cameras of the board officers keeping an eye on the centre administrators and class invigilators. Board Secretary Dibya Kant Shukla told that the examination was completed in a clean manner on Tuesday.

Special monitoring of 7083 centres
The UP Board conducted special monitoring of 7083 examination centres during the High School Mathematics paper. District officials were specially sent to several centres for checking at night. Secretary Divyakant Shukla told that the process is going on from the first day of the examination. Which will continue even further. By the way, almost all the centres have been monitored till now. The Additional Secretary of the Regional Office of the Board is also monitoring the districts of his jurisdiction.

FIR against 14 salvors

So far, FIR has been registered against 14 salvors across the state for copying. Many of them have been caught giving exams in place of others. Similarly, 24 copycats have been caught. Out of these, there are 16 boys and 7 girls in the high school. There is 1 boy in Inter. Secretary Dibyakant Shukla told that due to the vigilance of the education officers, the examination is being conducted in a better way. Where there was a possibility of copying, additional cooperation has been taken from the police.
