Chennai Super Kings (CSK): Mathias Pathirana and Mahish Thikshana will be able to join the team only after 8th April. The Sri Lankan team will now play three T20 matches on the tour of New Zealand.
Punjab Kings (PBKS): Kagiso Rabada is the star bowler of this team and he will be able to join the team only till the 3rd of April. South Africa will play two ODIs against the Netherlands on 31 March and 2 April.
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG): Quinton de Kock is the most important player in the team and he will be able to join the team only till 3rd April. South Africa will play two ODIs against the Netherlands on 31 March and 2 April.
Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH): Team captains Aiden Markram, Marco Jansson and Heinrich Klaasen will also be able to join the team only till April 3. These three African players are also in the team of the South Africa-Netherlands ODI series.
Gujarat Titans (GT): South African batsman David Miller also has a national duty issue. They will also be able to join only till 3rd April. Apart from this, Joshua Little Beach of Ireland, who is present with the team, will not be present during the ODI series against Bangladesh from 9 to 14 May.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB): Wanindu Hasaranga is the star spinner of RCB. The team may have to play some matches without him. Sri Lankan players can come to the IPL only after April 8, so RCB will have to go without them at least in the first two matches.
