India has made history by winning two gold medals in a single day at the World Championships। Sweety Bora has also won her final bout after Neetu Ghanghas.
Women’s World Championships 2023: India’s star boxer Saweety Bora won the gold medal at the World Championships on Saturday, defeating Wang Lina of China in the final of the 81 kg category। It is India’s second gold medal in a single day। Earlier Neetu Ghanghas ( 48 kg ) won the first gold medal for India by defeating Lutsykhan Altansetsegg of Mongolia in the final of the World Championship। Now two gold medals have been held in Jholi, India। Sweety Bora has now become the 7th player to win gold at the World Championships for India.
