This time Kidney Day is being celebrated on 9th March i.e. today. The kidney is the most important organ of human beings. The kidney cleans our body thoroughly by removing extra liquids from the blood along with dirty or toxic substances. Also, it increases red blood cells and contains vitamin D. According to doctors, Dehydration increases in the summer season, due to which the kidney is not able to function properly many times. When the body is hydrated, because of that not only the kidney becomes healthy, but the balance of blood flow also remains. Because of this, kidney care is necessary for summer.
