Bribery being given so much

He soon sought to take action against the officials of the Food and District Administration who were Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Shahid Benazirabad, Sakkur and Larkana are reportedly involved in the illegal movement of wheat from the region to Afghanistan। These people say that big businessmen are bribing the officers from 75 thousand to one lakh rupees per vehicle.

200 vehicles loaded with wheat daily movement

People alleged that every day since March, 200 heavy wheat-laden vehicles are going to Afghanistan from Johi, Khairpur Nathan Shah, Meher and Dadu taluka in Dadu district। Officers of the food department and district administration and local police help them cross the border। Wheat producers here allege that local food officials and officials of Dadu administration take bribes on the pretext of investigating wheat-laden vehicles। In this case Syed Imdad Shah, director of the Sindh Food Department, said that licenses of people involved in wheat smuggling would be suspended for 90 days in the 2023 purchase season.
