A Bhojpuri singer has been arrested by the police today for allegedly raping a minor girl and posting objectionable photos on social media। Police said the accused has been identified as Bihar’s living consecration (21 ), also known as Bhojpuri singer Babylon Bihari.
Sent to judicial custody
He said that the accused used to seduce a 13-year-old girl while living in Rajiv Nagar area two years ago। After befriending him, he takes her to a hotel room, where he raped her and takes pictures of her। Police said that after the incident, the minor distanced the accused and did not tell anyone about him। A senior police officer said the accused posted pictures of the minor on Instagram a few days ago। After seeing those pictures, the victim’s family questioned the girl,Who heard them as a disaster। The victim’s family arrived at the police station on Wednesday with her। He said that after questioning the victim, protection of children from sexual offenses in the Sector-14 police station against the accused ( Poxo ) Act and information technology ( IT) FIR lodged under the Act done। A police spokesman told Subhash Bokken that the accused was arrested within a few hours on the basis of FIR, He told that he was produced in a city court and sent to judicial custody.
